The "KidsCIM: Perfect Pitch Trainer" is designed with a Privacy-First approach. This policy explains how we handle data and why we do it.

1. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We do NOT collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other data that could identify you or your child personally. The name you enter for your profile is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Anonymous Usage Data (Telemetry)

To improve the application and the learning algorithm, we collect anonymous usage data. This includes:

• Navigational events (e.g., "Settings Screen opened").
• Aggregated session statistics (e.g., number of chords solved).
• App performance and diagnostic data.

These events are linked to a randomized, hashed ID that is unique to your installation but cannot be traced back to you. We exclude any textual user-provided names from this data.

3. Data Sovereignty & Hosting

All telemetry data is processed on our own infrastructure. We do not use third-party tracking services like Google Analytics or Facebook. Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany (All-Inkl), governed by strict EU data protection laws (GDPR).

4. IP Addresses

Your IP address is used only for the technical establishment of the connection to our server. Our server is configured to discard the IP address immediately after the request is processed. We do not store IP addresses in our database.

5. Family & Children Safety

Our app is fully compliant with COPPA and Google's Family Policies. Since no PII is collected, there is no risk of exposing children's identities to third parties.
